I had a friend ask me what the best way to hide your headlights (nipples) when working out. Since I wear a pretty hefty sports bra and a tank (to hold in the muffin top) under most of my shirts, I didn’t have an answer. So, I throw it out to you skinny mom followers, how to you keep the high beams low? Do you use bandaids , tape, layering…what do you use to prevent this problem?
Other problems that I have been asked: What to do when you inevitably have to use the bathroom when running and there isn’t one around? Do you leak urine when you do high impact cardio; and what do you do about it? If you are nursing, do you leak when you are working out and how do you prevent that from happening?
I cannot say that I can answer any of these questions with 100% certainty. I will say, if I am running and I have to go I normally just run in the woods and relieve myself. Don’t judge me mamas! A girl has to do what she has to do.
