Welcome to the Skinny Mom 14 Day Challenge: Star-Studded Slim Down! It is time to get in shape and feel great before we pull out those bathing suits and slap on the sunscreen. From May 6th through May 19th, we will give you all the tools you need to get started.

Don’t worry – you won’t be doing this alone! We have asked 7 Fitness Experts and 7 Food Experts to work with us on this Slim Down. These are our STARS (check them out below) for the two week program and we are so excited to introduce you to them. Each day during the 14 days, one of the STARS will be featured and will either be going through a workout with you or will be helping you put together your family’s dinner. PLUS, Brooke Griffin, our Skinny Mom CEO, will be working with you every day during the 14 days on your fitness and food. With this many experts, you can be sure you are getting some of the best advice available!
