Eggnog is one of my favorite flavors around the holidays, but cream, sugar, whipped eggs and rum don’t exactly fit into my diet! And, well, neither do cupcakes really! Let this recipe be the exception to my rules! These cupcakes are as delicious as they look, and best of all, a couple of these won’t throw off your diet like so many other Christmas treats can! Rum extract and nutmeg add so much flavor while Greek yogurt and egg whites save the day as a couple of festive skinny swaps.
