No Holiday menu is complete without a delicious drink recipe!  This recipe for Skinny Cranberry Punch is light, packed with cranberry flavor, and perfect for pairing with a big Holiday meal!  This punch recipe is best served chilled and garnished with fresh cranberries or lemon and orange slices.  I love serving this drink in a big punch bowl as a great centerpiece for the table! This Holiday, you can have your favorite dishes and drink them, too!

Skinny Cranberry Punch

Yield: 15 servings

Serving size: 8 ounces


  • 64 oz light cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup Splenda®
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 28 oz diet ginger-ale
  • lemon slices for garnish


  1. Make sure all liquid ingredients are well chilled.
  2. You can even freeze liquid ingredients ahead of time and remove right before making punch.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl or pitcher, except for lemon slices.
  4. Stir until Splenda® has dissolved.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.
