It is one of those days again, and I am completely, utterly, 100% swamped. I have found no time to drive to the gym today. Luckily, in just 15 minutes, I can get my sweat on and feel great this morning, before tackling the rest of the day. This special Insanity workout from the amazing Shaun T¬†was featured on Dr. Oz, and yes, he does the workout as well!
