I had the opportunity to test some meals from the Diet-To-Go low-carb and traditional menus. I have to be honest – this healthy, prepared meal delivery service is pretty much every BUSY, working momma’s dream! The prep and cleanup time involved with this product is simple and takes literally minutes! All you have to do is unwrap, heat, serve and enjoy, and then dispose of the tray when finished!

Having three meals per day was a great option for me, as all I needed to meal prep at the beginning of the week was make one snack per day, because my other meal is a meal replacement/nutrition shake. The products were very FRESH (my asparagus wasn’t soggy), well labeled (no guesswork about macros or ingredients), and tasted VERY good!

My favorite dishes were the Egg & Broccoli Pie for breakfast and the Low Carb Chicken Parmesan dinner. Not only is this mom approved, but my 18-month-old gave the toddler approval stamp as well! She especially enjoyed the Blackened Turkey Loin with a Carrot Chipotle Puree, Asparagus Risotto, and Italian Vegetable Blend.
