This one has an incredibly healthy base of red pepper and quinoa, and from there you can kind of do whatever you want! Love olives? Add them in! What to go vegetarian? Skip the pepperoni! It's easy as that! I swapped in low-fat mozzarella to keep the calories and fat down, but there is definitely a little room to indulge in this healthy dish!
