This yummy breakfast includes some classic favorites and combines them to get a Skinny, delicious meal that won’t leave you feeling guilty in the morning! Enjoy!

Pineapple and Egg Whites Oatmeal


  • half a cup of old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup of water
  • 4 or 5 egg whites
  • 1 dried pineapple ring, chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp sugar-free caramel syrup
  • ½ tsp baking powder


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly coat a mini loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients and pour evenly into loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
