I am sure at the top of almost every mom’s list is to either lose a few pounds or tone up in the New Year! Regardless of what your fitness goals may be, Skinny Mom has a great January Challenge. We are challenging all expecting moms, moms,and friends of Skinny Mom to get moving for 1 hour everyday during the month of January. We don’t care what you do…walk for an hour, go ice skating for an hour, play with the kiddos for an hour, try a new exercise class for an hour, or do a fitness video at home for an hour. We just want to encourage you to get moving everyday during the month of January!

We also want you to write down and keep track of your hour of exercise and other calorie burning activities that you do each day by writing them down. We have created a January Template that you can print off and hang in your office or on your refrigerator to help hold you accountable.
