Calling all moms to toddlers! Is your little one getting sick of the same old eats? Below you will note lots of breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas that will make your toddler happy for a change in cuisine! They’re healthy, too!

  • Cheesy Scrambled eggs seasoned with oregano, dill, or marjoram served with diced grapes and pieces of buttered toast
  • Add a dash of allspice to your pancakes and serve with banana slices and yogurt
  • Scrambled eggs with Italian seasoning served with diced carrots, slices of natural chicken sausage links and diced watermelon
  • Pieces of waffle, dices of natural ham and banana pieces
  • Cream of wheat mixed with nutmeg and fruit or yogurt
  • French toast fingers made with allspice, vanilla extract and berries
  • Pancake muffins
  • Baby food Muffins with peanut butter smeared on it

Makes 14 muffins


2.5 cups oats
1 cup yogurt (add ¼ cup if no PB used)
2 eggs
¼ cup peanut butter
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
3 ripe bananas
1 T chia seeds
⅓ cup pureed vegetable of choice)


  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. Combine ingredients and pour into muffin tin.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes



  • Easy Cheesy Spinach Pasta
  • Mini homemade meatballs with vegetable and pasta
  • Ground meat mixed with barley or rice and vegetables
  • Lasagna
  • Cream cheese and jelly sandwich with fruits and veggies
  • Shredded chicken with a dash of curry, mixed vegetables and sautéed potatoes
  • Sautéed firm fish with a small dash cayenne pepper, corn and pasta wheels
  • Cheesy bread, vegetables and a steamed apple or pear
  • Shredded cheese with chopped avocado, mandarin oranges and buttered toast
  • Small shells macaroni and cheese with a dash of paprika, broccoli or cauliflower florets
  • Cheese Tortellini with sautéed tomatoes
  • Baby Bolognese

1 cup uncooked pasta of choice
3 T butter
3 T flour
2 cups whole milk
1 ½ cups shredded cheese


  1. Boil water and cook pasta. Drain and set aside
  2. In another saucepan, melt butter over medium heat then stir in flour continuously for about 2 minutes
  3. Gradually add in milk, continuously stirring until sauce thickens on low-med heat
  4. Stir in cheese until completely melted. Add cooked vegetable of choice at this time. Add pasta



  • Pumpkin pasta with dash of cumin, fruit
  • Vegetable cheese quesadilla
  • Tuna casserole
  • Grilled chicken pieces, cheese cubes, blueberries and pieces of French bread with butter
  • Turkey burger seasoned with dashes black pepper, garlic and onion powder, kidney beans and cheese cubes
  • Quesadilla
  • Egg noodles, sauce and cooked ground turkey or beef, steamed mixed veggies and chopped melon
  • Grilled chicken pieces, crackers, yogurt, banana pieces and cucumber pieces without the skin
  • Small pieces of pot roast or shredded brisket, diced cooked carrots, potatoes and mushrooms
  • Grilled cheese and tomato sandwich with pieces of cooked carrots and broccoli
  • Diced pork chops with diced roasted vegetables and sautéed potatoes
  • Macaroni cheese and meat served with steamed diced carrots, and fresh blueberries
  • Chicken Casserole with pasta, barley or rice, veggies and chopped strawberries

Makes 7 to 10 muffins


1 cup steamed broccoli, kale, spinach, or peas
6 eggs
1 cup shredded cheese of choice
½ cup milk
Optional: 1/3 cup chopped natural ham, turkey or natural sausage or chicken


  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Whisk eggs with milk and vegetables (and meat)
  2. Grease muffin tins and divide evenly among tins
  3. Bake for 15 minutes
