I was recently asked to trade up my usual whey protein brand with EAS Lean 15 protein powder. I absolutely love it. I have been using the chocolate kind. I simply pour a scoop or two in some skim milk, give it a good shake and head off to work with it. I definitely feel satisfied for a good few hours afterward and I feel good knowing that my muscles are getting the nutrients and amino acids they need to stay energized.
I’ve also used it as my post-workout snack for strength training workouts. At 100 calories per serving, it’s just the right amount of refuel my body needs after a good workout session. I do love the flavor and will be trying the vanilla as soon as I’m out of this canister – which will be very soon!
