Give up your favorite “sweet” until the big day!This is my favorite tip and  I say bye-bye to chocolate every year around this time!  I have a weakness for sweets and so I avoid eating sugar until Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, when I know that there will be an abundance of my favorite sweet treats.  During these two days, I eat whatever sweet treats that I want and I have found that I enjoy them so much more as I was looking forward to eating them the entire month.  So whatever your sweet tooth weakness is, try giving it up during the month of December so that you won’t feel guilty about having it during the celebration (in moderation, of course)!

Complete each move as many times as you can in a 1 minute period and then move directly to the next move, no rest. Rest for the 5th minute, then repeat sequence 3 more times for a 20 total minute workout!
