Put those stretchy yoga pants away–unless you are actually working out! Make sure to keep wearing your slim-fit pants, your corduroys and those sleek black trousers. If you wear all the expandable gear…you may find yourself secretly expanding with them! Before you know it, you will be left with only your flannel pajamas.
This also works in reverse. The moment you decide you need to workout or have the spark to work out…jump in the gear, drink some water, and blast your workout songs. Lace up those sneakers and immediately start moving. If you plan it out and push it back, you will only lose energy…you aren’t going to get energy back after a nap!
Complete each move as many times as you can in a 1 minute period and then move directly to the next move, no rest. Rest for the 5th minute, then repeat sequence 3 more times for a 20 total minute workout!
1.) high knees/butt kickers
2.) shuffle runs
3.) ski jumps
4.) sit ups
