How did you spend your Mother’s Day this year? For me, I played tourist in my Florida beach community and visited the local water park with my wee ones and husband. Aside from the one kiddie pool evacuation due to an unattended poo, I can’t think of any better way to have spent my special day.

Now, you are probably wondering what your favorite celebrity mommies were up to on Mother’s Day, right? (Okay, so likely this may not be in the forefront of your mind as you face getting back into the Monday groove of shuttling kiddos, juggling leftover laundry, packing snacks and lunches, and planning the week – BUT everyone needs a little top of the week guilty pleasure and I am here to serve.)

Thank heavens for Facebook! Luckily the social media manifestation of TMI and more pictures of offspring than any grandmother’s refrigerator (guilty!), we are able to know what some notable Mommywood matriarchs were up to this Mother’s Day.

Here’s the skinny on the Facebook status updates of some celebrity mommies on their big day:

Kortney Kardashian: “Blessed to have my mother and grandmother to inspire me to be the best mom I can be!” With this sweet pic:

Brooke Burke: “All I want 4 mother’s day is sleep, oh & my children’s love & 4 them to behave & b sweet & stop fighting. Yeah right.”

Caroline Manzo: “Great dinner @amandas in Hoboken – now TV time at the boys apartment.”

Tamra Barney: “So glad calories don’t count on mothers day. @Eddiejudge & kids made me french toast with butter & powdered sugar…yum!. Then gave me a big bag of workout clothes from Lululemon. hehe thank you!”

Mama-to-be Molly Sims: Happy Mothers Day! Love, love, love my momma for always being there for me!

Gisele Bündchen: Mom, thank you for being the best mom in the world. I love you so much! Happy mother’s day!

Jessica Simpson: I’m addicted to buying headbands w massive flowers for Maxwell on etsy! She is insanely beautiful I can’t help but play dress up!

My Mother’s Day Facebook Gush: “Happy Mother’s Day to me.”

Okay, now it’s your turn – I know you all posted a Mother’s Day shout-out on your Facebook page, so share your updates with the Skinny crew. I will start. Here was my Mother’s Day Facebook gush, picture and all.
