In preparing and counting down to my big night at the CMA Awards on Thursday, November 1st, I decided to take a cue from Carrie Underwood and her amazing legs and come up with a sure fire workout to kick my booty and legs into shape.
The idea of this workout is that you can do it at home without any equipment. The only thing that I recommend using is a stopwatch to time yourself. To maximize your efforts in this routine, do each exercise for 1 minute without stopping. For the Reverse Lunge with Leg Raise and the Booty Bridge with Leg Raise, alternate each leg for a total of 30 seconds on each leg before switching to the opposite leg. All four exercises should be done consecutively without stopping for rest. After you have finished all four exercises, rest for 1 minute and then repeat the cycle 3 additional times through for a 20 minute workout.
