It’s hump day again! How did it arrive so soon? I feel like I was just writing last week’s Wednesday Wind Up! Alas, another week is here and these are the days of our lives. Right, lades?! (Cue some catchy soap opera-ish music here, please).
This week I decided to find my mid-week pick-me-up in the kitchen. In fact, at any point during the week that I find I need a little juice in my engine I go to this skinny power smoothie recipe. It takes just a few ingredients I usually keep on hand, only takes a few quick minutes to prepare, and after I drink, it I feel my midweek mojo on the rise.
