wow..I can’t believe that three weeks has passed since I started brazilian butt lift.

I have lost 1/2 inch on my thighs and about an inch on my butt.  My rearend looks firmer and higher…I will do the pencil test at the end.  I continue to feel the workouts and have increased the weight on my hand weights in the videos that call for them.

Here is my take after three weeks.

I still sweat when doing the workout and I feel it the next day.  I think it is a great idea to mix up your workout and add something new in.  Brazilian butt lift has definitely done this for me.  So…one more week and I will give you the final results.
