Melanie is a busy mom of two boys, trying to find simple ways to live a fit and healthy lifestyle.  She has a passion for fitness and inspiring others.  She strives to lead by example, fitting in her workouts every day and learning to find a balance between healthy eating and her obsession with Starbucks!  She is addicted to social media and likes to stay up to date on the latest fitness & nutrition trends.  She loves sharing tips & tricks for staying in shape, and staying motivated, with other moms!  She is a certified Turbo Kick instructor,  and she is working on becoming a personal trainer and nutritionist soon.  Melanie lives in Wisconsin and is a devoted Green Bay Packers fan!  She is also an avid reader, loves summertime and a good margarita, and prefers to be barefoot whenever she can!!
