1. My story: Where do I start? I’ve been married for nearly 13 years to the man of my dreams. I love his devotion to God and all things sports related. I can forgive the obsession with Ohio State because he’s so darn cute. I graduated from four different colleges with varying degrees of education and administration, but only really claim Florida State University as my alma mater. Go Noles! When I’m not teaching or helping my husband at our church, you can find me either playing outside with my two boys, writing or curled up reading a good book.

2. Proud mama of: Caleb, Elijah and Thomas. One of those three is furry and purrs when I scratch behind his ears. God knew I needed to be a mommy to boys. Since I’m not girly, I have no clue what I would’ve done if He gave me a girl!

3. My favorite fitness product: My CamelBak Water Bottle and iPhone.

4. If I could train with one person, living or dead, it would be: Richard Simmons. Don’t judge. He just looks like he’d be so much fun and not intimidating. I think I’d probably lose an equal amount of calories just from laughing.

5. My favorite skinny recipe: Skinny Dr. Pepper Fudge Brownies. It combines two of my very favorite things.

6. If I could eat one food as often as I wanted without worry, it would be: Scattered, covered and chunked Waffle House hash browns smothered in ketchup. Oh.my.goodness.

7. Three things on my bucket list are: 1. Write a novel and actually finish it. 2. Be completely debt free. 3. Get over myself and take Taekwondo with my son.

8. My celebrity crush is: James McAvoy and Adam Levine. Need I say more?

9. Most played song on my workout playlist: Believe it or not, I do my best working out to anything by Hillsong United.

10. Last thing I read: “Redeeming Love” by Francine Rivers. I’ve read it at least 10 times and each time, it’s like the first time all over again. She’s amazing.

11. My favorite quote: “When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left and could say, I used everything you gave me.” –Erma Bombeck

And Deuteronomy 32:2 “My teaching, let it fall like rain and my words descend like dew, like showers on new grass, like abundant rain on tender plants.”
