Every year it seems like the cold winter months drag on longer than the year before. And, if you’re like me, this means an endless desire to curl up on the couch with a good chick flick and a giant bowl of my favorite comfort food — soup. Unfortunately, my desire to have a lovely chiseled figure by the time we all come crawling out into the sunshine come Spring means I have to be a little more cautious of the food choices I make now. But don’t fret! I’ve done my research and have found these six cozy and delightful soups to curb those comfort food cravings without hurting your chances of rocking a bikini.


Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup: This is one of my all time favorite soups to make and everyone gobbles it up! If you love the zing of lemon this will become a staple for sure.
