Have you tried spaghetti squash yet? I don’t know what took me so long, but after coming across several stuffed spaghetti squash recipes online, I could no longer resist. A few weekends ago I gave it a try; it was awesome! So delicious and so pretty. These squash immediately went to the top of my list of what to serve next time we have guests. The steps are the same in all of the variations. First cook and shred your squash. You can roast, boil or even microwave it. Mix it with delicious ingredients of your choosing. Then put the filling back into the squash and quickly roast again.

Here are a few of my favorite variations that I’ve found and added on my must try list. Trust me, it’s worth it!
