I love bell peppers – I love to add them into everything I cook, chopped up small or big, we eat them daily. Add them in spaghetti sauce, fajitas, chopped small in chili, or just fresh!

Additionally, they have a lot of minerals and fiber that will keep you regular. I prefer mine roasted and on everything Asian inspired like stir fry, sushi, and chicken.
