One of my favorite things about summer is the cooler evenings when I can have my windows open. Listening to crickets is such a pleasant way to fall asleep; so whenever possible, I look to meals and desserts that don’t require my oven being turned on. What a strange reason to seek no-bake options, right? But there you have it. My desire for open windows in the evenings leads to the necessity of no-bake desserts and I give them to you here: three ways to satisfy a sweet tooth without the heat!

No-Bake Oatmeal Chia Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Balls – These dessert balls are vegan and gluten free and can be eaten with much less guilt than traditional chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. (via Get Off Your Tush and Cook)
