Today’s workout will focus on six exercises for your ABS & CORE!

How To Do It: You will perform each exercise for 60 seconds, after the sixth exercise you will rest for 60 seconds and repeat all six moves two additional times through for a total of three repetitions. You will notice when watching the fitness videos that some moves have an on-screen inset called the POWER MOVE. This is an advanced version of the move that’s being shown on the main screen that you can do instead for the 60 seconds, if you’d like a challenge!
