Now, they are first time parents and first time home owners, enjoying new challenges and experiences along the way. Sara's passion for health and fitness started ten years ago and has grown and adapted with her changing lifestyle. She works hard everyday to balance career, family, and health. She loves gathering tips and sharing experiences with other moms. Her ultimate goal is always a happy, healthy home for herself and her family.
