You can often find Nicole in the kitchen tweaking regular recipes into a clean meal, at the gym staying fit for her family, or making a primitive stitchery for a friend. Wanting to set a healthy example for her children, Nicole is up at the crack of dawn getting in a workout - or "sanity break" as she likes to call it. She is a certified Group Fitness, TRX and Spin instructor, as well as certified in nutrition.
