Ali is a 33-year-old wife and mom of three very active boys; ages 11, 9, and 7. She is currently a stay-at-home mom working on her Personal Training Certification. She hopes by becoming a Personal Trainer she will inspire other women to become healthy and fit through clean eating and hard work. Ali and her family live in Orange Beach, AL on Wolf Bay. She enjoys many types of workouts including: running, cycling, swimming, tennis, knee boarding and paddle boarding. Ali also hits the weights three times a week.
