Dianna is a military wife, full time professional, mom to four kids (three step, one biological), and grandma to one (step). She has a degree in exercise science, a graduate certificate in health education and promotion, and currently works in public health. While she loves her work, Dianna considers herself a stay at home mom at heart…constantly seeking the right balance between being a parent and a professional. Dianna stays busy with her family’s ever changing schedule and prides herself on being able to adapt and always look at the bright side of things. Keeping the right perspective can be an art form, but it is so important in maintaining a happy, healthy home in the midst of constant change and unavoidable chaos.
