Mina is a resident of Nashville, and single mom to a beautiful 17-year-old girl. She is embarking on a new adventure with her daughter for her final year of high school and preparing for college. Mina has always been interested in fitness and health and determined to keep age as “just a number” while making healthy choices a lifestyle and not a “diet”. Growing up with a father from the middle-east and an American mother gave a variety of different cultures and cuisines. Mina loves to try new recipes and merge different cultures. After all, life has gotta have spice! In addition to healthy eating, Mina likes to try the new and upcoming fitness centers that Nashville has seen open in the last year. Believe that you are never at an age that is too old to try anything.
