Amy Jo is the mother of 4 daughters, a certified massage therapist, married for 18 years to her college sweetheart and is studying to take the Certified Personal Training Exam. She was always active but did not get into competition shape until the age of 41. She decided she was tired of talking about it and decided it was time to be about it. She is now an NPC National Level Figure Competitor. She is blessed to be living the Health and Fitness lifestyle with her husband who is a competitive Powerlifter. They have a fully equipped home gym and train together 6 mornings a week before their children are awake. In Amy's spare time, she can be found in the kitchen with the girls finding new ways to make some of their favorite food items "Clean and Healthier".
