Ashley is an Army wife and mother to a quickly growing little boy. She currently resides in the great lakes region but longs for the rainy Pacific Northwest. Ashley has a B.A. in Pre-Law, Political Science and is working toward her PhD in International Relations. She is also studying to get her NSCA personal training certification so that she can help people find their inner athlete. Ashley spends her days chasing her little boy and wrangling the many household pets. Healthy eating is the main goal for the family, but Ashley has a sweet tooth and absolutely loves to bake, so a homemade treat definitely slips by occasionally. The weight gain of pregnancy was the catalyst for Ashley's fitness journey and keeping her family happy and healthy are the most important things to her. Moms who do it all inspire Ashley and she is always open to learning and growing in this amazing journey we call life.
