Jenna is a wife, mother of two, foodie, kind of a fitness guru and former fat girl (down 110 pounds and counting). Jenna has struggled with her weight her entire life (starting her with early childhood in which she describes herself as being “awkward and chunky”). She knows what it is like to shop for plus size clothing (from having to find a size 18 prom dress that didn’t resemble a shower curtain all the way to 3X maternity jeans). She is the uncoordinated woman in the back row of your Cardio Step class and the mother in your playgroup that doesn’t know when to be quiet. She is the odd and thicker sister of the drop dead gorgeous, size 0 popular high school girl. She is the mother in the grocery store bribing her two impatient children (Yeah, OK….and husband) with cookies so she can have five seconds to read the nutrition labels. Jenna will offer real life tips, dieting tricks, recipes, and daily inspiration (for the inner chunk in all of us) as she continues to sometimes win…and sometimes loose… her weight battle.
