Cali Ann is mommy to two amazing kids! A daughter who is 19 and a son age 4. They moved to Arizona a little over two years ago & Cali Ann's mom came along for the journey. Cali Ann found her love of fitness when she moved to Arizona & found Lori Harder (check her out). From that point on, she was hooked & so was Cali Ann's daughter Shy Ann. Cali Ann is now studying to be NASM CPT & spread her love of fitness & health to everyone she meets.
