Skinny Mom

image
You could say Brooke is the Chief "Skinny Mom" as she is the Founder and CEO of Skinnymom.com As a new mother to son Easton and Certified Personal Trainer, Brooke strives to live a healthy and fit lifestyle everyday but knows first hand the obstacles new moms and mothers face. After delivering Easton, Brooke worked hard to take off the 60 pounds she put on during pregnancy, all while taking care of her new son and juggling a hectic schedule. Brooke has now decided to share her experiences and tips while reaching out to other moms to learn their secrets for everyone to share at the online community known as the Skinny Mom. As a former NFL Cheerleader and Fitness Universe Champion, Brooke has seen tremendous success as a fitness expert, model, and personal trainer having been featured in numerous publications including GQ, Oxygen Women's Fitness, Natural Muscle, Status Magazine, and Redbook Magazine. Brooke enjoys spending time with her son, taking gymnastics classes, running, and cooking in the kitchen (her "skinny" recipes are to die for)! Contact her at brooke@ski[email protected]
