This is a great hummus recipe I used to create one of my favorite wraps, Skinny Buffalo Chicken Wrap. I wanted a full flavor sauce that didn’t pack on the extra calories like a ranch or blue cheese and this was perfect! This hummus is also great to use with your favorite veggies or multi grain crackers!
Ingredients
- 15oz. can of chickpeas (rinsed well and drained)
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 clove garlic, chopped or crushed
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, blender, or mixing bowl (to use a hand blender) – puree until smooth. A food processor and blender work best, I used my hand blender and it wasn’t as smooth as I would have liked.

That sounds super yummy!! I love chicken buffalo dip but it can be super high in calories!!! This could be a great option!!
