  7.  1 container of Yoplait 100 – Greek Yogurt Fat Free
  8.  2 celery stalks and 1 tbsp of Skippy natural peanut butter
  9.  1 cup of frozen strawberries
  10.  1 low fat mozzarella stick
  11.  25 pretzel sticks
  12.  2 tbsp of original hummus with carrots
  13.  1 small frozen banana dipped in sugar free Walden Farms chocolate syrup
  14.  1 brown rice cake with ½ tsp of spreadable honey

  16.  6  roasted Brussel sprouts with 1 oz of prosciutto roasted

  20. 1 Kiwi and 1 mandarin orange
