- 1 Kiwi and 1 mandarin orange
- 1 cup of sugar snap peas and 2 tbsp of Marzetti Greek yogurt Vegetable Dip
- 1/3 cup of Trader Joes Tabbouli
- 2 cups homemade Roasted Kale chips made with olive oil
- 25 pistachios
- 1 tbsp of dried cranberries
- 16 baby Carrots with 2 small avocado slices
- 1 small apple and 4 walnut halves
- 1 hard boiled egg with ½ cup sweet green peppers
- 1/3 cup of rolled oats & 1/3 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 cup of apple sauce
- 1 Vita Tops- Vita Muffin- Banana Nut
- 3 egg whites omelet with 1 cup spinach, 1 cup mushrooms, & 1 tomato slice
