Good Morning! As you are starting off your morning with coffee, I would like to share with you something I found while browsing my iPhone last month; Nike Training Club for iPhone. It is FREE! I love free, especially since I am on a budget these days. This is an awesome app that gives you your own personal trainer. You can chose to get lean, strong, or toned with over 114 customer workouts. It also allows you to unlock celebrity trainers and professional athletes training programs. There are four different categories (lean, toned, strength, and focused) along with three different levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced). There are 30 and 45 minute workouts along with 15 minute target specific workouts. Throughout the workout, there are example videos for each workout that you can pause and watch. The personal trainer also counts for you and encourages you along the way. You can even listen to your music throughout the workout. These workouts are made specifically for us women to whip it into shape at home. You don’t even need weights!
