Tuesday: Skinny Philly Cheese-Turkey Sloppy Joes with Crock Pot Applesauce
Wednesday:  Skinny 3-Cheese Penne
Thursday: Skinny Mexican Lasagna
Friday: Skinny Sweet and Sour Chicken
and for a treat this week : Since Thursday (the 18th) was National Chocolate Cupcake Day, I feel obligated to make these Chocolate Raspberry Cupcakes since I didn’t have one last week!

    The link for the sweet and sour chicken takes you to the curry chicken…my family loves sweet and sour chicken and would love the recipe for one that doesn’t call for all the sodium
