Most people either love or hate Brussels Sprouts. Personally I LOVE them and honestly don’t know why anyone would turn their noses up at them? Not only are these “little cabbages”, as I like to call them DELICIOUS, they are SO good for you!! Brussels sprouts are high in Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Folate and Vitamin A, as well as a good source of Manganese, Potassium, B6, and Thiamin.
