Skinny Meal Planner: October 1 – October 4

drum-roll please…. and the weight loss for week one is…. 0 pounds.  I know.  I’m not happy about that either.

If I was honest with myself, and you all, quite frankly I didn’t really try very hard.  (Those of you following me on my fitness pal know this already…yikes.)  Last time I did this, I could give 75% and still lose weight because I was eating so horribly before I started.  This week has been an eye-opener that, well, not so lucky this go round Teresa.  Sooooo, I am pledging to you all that no matter what, I am giving more this week.

And I will see some sort of positive result.

And I won’t have to be embarrassed to let you all know I flaked out yet again.

And once I start seeing results, I know that then my motivation will kick into super-high gear.  I just need to push myself to get rolling so I can build momentum.  Here we go…

“Meatless” Monday: Skinny Mac & Cheese with Broccoli
Tuesday: Maple Glazed Chicken with Vegetables
Wednesday: Sweet Jalapeno Salmon with Jalapeno Brown Rice
Thursday: It’s National Taco Day!!! Skinny Deep Dish Taco Pizza
Friday: Cauliflower Pizza
and for a treat this week : Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies (I have been DROOLING over this since they were posted last week!)
