Digifit Heart Rate Monitor Review/Giveaway

A healthy heart is the foundation for a healthy life. We think the best way to get in shape is by listening to your heart. However, we know every heart is different – different sizes, different strengths, different structures. Digifit solutions help improve your heart’s performance and health by giving you insight into your heart. The solution includes the best fitness mobile apps on the market for iPhone, iPad and  iPod touch  combined with a full web portal, all tied to an interactive network of some of the most innovative partners in the health and fitness world.

By helping you develop your own personal heart rate zones, tracking cardio exercise, daily activityblood pressureweight, and sleep patterns, you get a complete view of essential aspects of your health and how heart fitness plays a role. You can make informed decisions based on real personal knowledge, whether it is about how hard to train, how many calories per day to eat, or even how to manage that stress level.

The benefits of cardio fitness and heart zone training are proven whether you are a competitive athlete trying to improve performance or the average person trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

This device has definitely helped me get the most out of my workouts!!! I have NEVER used a heart monitor before so at first it felt a little strange, but I got used to it and loved seeing the results. I knew when to push harder and when to back off. During a workout, the Digifit iPhone app can clue you into your own progress with voice announcements, vibrations, and push notifications. You can customize what kind of prompts you receive, if at all, and when. For example, you can set the Digifit to announce when you’ve hit your first mile, or to vibrate after 20 minutes, or to push a notification to the locked screen when your heart rate hits a certain number of beats per minute.

At the end of a workout, the app reveals the distance and pace you went. It can be used for walking, spinning, running…..you name it!!! You can then sign up online and sync all your information so it is easier to monitor visually!! It reminds me of Fitbit but more amped up!! The wireless heart rate monitor puts it above and beyond any fitness app I have previously used. Please note you must have an iPhone, iPad, or iPod to use. I LOVE being held accountable for my workouts and Digifit is a great device to help me stay accountable!!!

Digifit is offering a free heart rate monitor to a lucky SKINNY MOM reader!!!

I was just pricing heart rate monitors! I’m not sure when I’ll be able to afford one. I workout daily, but haven’t been able to lose the last 10 lbs. after my third child (and I’m now over 40). I’ve been wanting to monitor my heart rate to burn fat at my maximum heart rate and learn what the best heart rate zone is for me! I would love to win this! Thanks!

I have a fast heart rate as a condition of tachicardia, so I have to take medication to lower it. Which in turn makes it hard to bring my heart rate up during excersise. Having a heart rate monitor would help me understand how hard I’m working to benefit my weight loss efforts.

Like most moms, we all tend to put ourselves on the back burner. Its challenging to fit in a workout, its hard to eat healthy sometimes when your tired from caring for the kids all day you just want to order pizza or make macaroni and cheese! Skinny Mom has helped solve a lot of those issues with great recipes and workouts that can be done just about anywhere. I would definitely like to win the Digfit so I can keep myself on track and focus on me for once! Being heart healthy is as important as the oxygen we breath! If I could keep track of it, by any means, I’m all for it!!

I just recently got back into living an active lifestyle! My wife and I have two kids, one 2 1/2 yr old boy and a 3 month old girl. As soon as the doctor cleared my wife to work out we started our journey together. We work out seven days a week together and I ride my bike twice a week. It has been the most difficult thing I have done in my life since we lived a very sedintary lifestyle after the first baby. We have stayed commited to our new changes without any excuses. We have pushed and supported each other. I have lost 25 lbs so far and my wife just last night hit her goal of back to her pre pregnancy weight!! This is just the start of our journey together and couldn’t be happier! I would definitely use the product and give daily accounts of what it does. My wife, Ashley Taylor, is also one of the mommy bloggers. Check out her blog.

Wow, I would love to win bc we just had baby number 3 in June and I am working real hard to get back in shape. I want to be healthy and strong for my family. The heart rate monitor is something I have been eyeing up for a while but do to budget, it is put on the back burner. It would totally help me to get the most out of workouts to stay within the fat burning zone!! Good luck to all.

I would love to win this bc I know how important it is for wanting to get your heart rate up so you are actually working to your capabilities. I always check my pulse and it becomes a distraction because I’ve got to stop working to take it. I have wanted one of these for so long when I saw it in runners world magazine. I would love to reach my fitness goals with this awesome product! Thanks;$

This is such a cool heart rate monitor. It would enable me to really take my training to the next level by allowing me to taylor my workouts and intensity based on my body and my goals. And of course it would help me to FINALLY lose the last of my baby weight. ;)

I would love to win the Digifit Heart Rate Monitor. I have lost 40 lbs on the Weight Watchers plan over the last 2 1/2 years. I would like to lose 15 more lbs but have hit a plateau and I think the Digifit would help me get more out of my exercise routine I am currently doing.

I would love to win the HRM, mine stopped working and I am a fanatic about tracking it when I do exercise and activities, to make sure I hit the zone, which is a daily struggle with Multiple Sclerosis. I track it so I can make sure I am burning enough on a daily basis. Do to mu situation & SSD payment I can not afford another one. This would make my day!!
