This I learned this week:
1. When shopping at a “new” (to me) grocery store – plan an extra hour into the trip. WOW. Special thanks to my husband who entertained my son as I went back and forth all over the store trying to find everything I needed for the week.
2. My skinny jeans are, um, super skinny jeans. With the packing, moving, summertime, and all the other excuses I”m going to try to give – I gained some weight this summer. My jeans are a little too tight for my liking so I’m going back on the Skinny Mom meal plan in order to *hopefully* loose 20lbs by the time we move (end-of-January-ugh.) Soooo, I’ll be tracking ALL of the things that are going into my mouth via myfitnesspal.com (and the app, which is AMAZING) – my user name is TJohns513 so feel free to “follow” me and keep me in check!
Dinner this week:
“Meatless” Monday: Skinny Cheese Enchiladas (you for real, CANNOT taste the cottage cheese!)
Tuesday: Spaghetti Squash with Turkey Meatballs
Wednesday: Skinny Slow Cooker Pineapple Salsa Chicken (I’m hanging onto Summer as long as I can!)
Thursday: Skinny Taco Stuffed Peppers
Friday: Skinny Chicken Florentine
and for a treat this week: Skinny Pumpkin Pie
