Ingredients
- Half of a 12.25 ounce box of red velvet cake mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 1 large egg plus 1 egg white
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Combine cake mix, water, applesauce, egg, and egg white and beat until smooth.
- Spoon batter into wrapper lined mini-muffin pans and bake 15 minutes.
- Cool one minute in tins before transferring to a wire rack.
- Pipe on fluff with a plastic bag with the corner snipped to add some tasty flare!
