I think I’ve found it! The base for the absolute perfect, no-fail, go-to, too-good-to-be-healthy, do-it-every-day smoothie! And it’s super simple. Because, let’s be honest here- if it’s too complicated, it’s not happening.
So here it is. I hope you try it and love it as much as I do.
Blend together a couple of scoops of yogurt (I either go Organic or Greek vanilla) with some Almond-Coconut Milk. Have you tried this stuff? It is SOOOOO good! I’ve stopped buying dairy milk (that’s an entirely different post), and let me tell you- there is nothing about it I miss! This combination of nuttiness and sweetness together with the vanilla yogurt is ridiculously good!
And the best part is that it lends itself to so many options for blend-ins. Here are some of my favorites:
Ingredients
- A scoop (small, obvi) of creamy peanut butter, a banana, and some ice cubes
- Just bananas and ice
- Frozen strawberries (No ice needed!)
- Pineapple (Yeah! Instant tropical smoothie!)

Wow, that looks so delicious!! I’ll have to try this tonight for a quick dinner. Blending some spinach in would mean “full meal”, right? I also adore Stonyfield yogurt. My only complaint about the french vanilla is the amount of sugar. Thanks for this post, love smoothies!
