Peanut butter, pretzels and chocolate…….need I say more?!
Serving size: 1 truffle
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crunchy natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup crushed salted pretzels
- 1/2 cup dark melting chocolate
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter and pretzels in small bowl.
- 2. Chill in freezer till firm (about 20 minutes).
- 3. Roll mixture into balls (1 teaspoon size each).
- 4. Place balls on cookie sheet covered with wax paper.
- 5. Place chocolate in a bowl and microwave for one minute.
- 6. Stir, then continue microwaving, stirring every 20 seconds till melted.
- 7. Roll balls in the melted chocolate.
- 8. Refrigerate till chocolate is set, about 20 minutes.
