Steve also places an emphasis on the importance of warming up and stretching to prevent injuries and increase performance.
This book is not only approachable for beginners but quite challenging for those who are at a more advanced level. Also, if you’re pressed for time and/or don’t have access to a fitness center, then it’s really a no-brainer. Just remember, pushups are fabulous for your whole upper body, your core, and all surrounding muscles; in short, pushups are the triple threat of fitness. You will NOT be disappointed.
