Mixed Berry Protein-sicles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of mixed berries (I used frozen)
  • 1 cup 0% fat plain greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, and blend on high speed until fully mixed.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until set.
