Here is a recipe for an easy and delicious dessert recipe that is sure to be a crowd pleaser with adults and children alike. I started with a ready-to-go Nabisco Oreo pie crust, layered it with rich chocolate pudding, and then topped it off with a combination of cream cheese, Cool Whip, and a few Oreo cookies. Ingredients
- • 1 Nabisco Oreo Pie Crust
- • 3 Reduced-Fat Oreo Cookies
- • 4 ounces 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- • 2 cups Skim Milk
- • 1 3.4 ounce box Sugar-free Fat-Free Pudding Mix
- • 1/2 8 ounce container Cool Whip Free
- • 1/4 cup Splenda or other no calorie sweetener
Instructions
- 1. In a medium size bowl, whisk skim milk with pudding mixture for 2 minutes. Pour into pie crust and place in refrigerator.
- 2. In a separate medium size bowl or stand up mixer, beat cream cheese with Splenda or other sweetener until creamy. Add in Cool Whip and mix together for 1-2 minutes on high until well mixed and fluffy.
- 3. Add Cool Whip and Cream cheese mixture onto pudding mixture.
- 4. Remove pie from refrigerator and top with cream cheese mixture.
- 5. Crush Reduced-Fat Oreo Cookies and sprinkle on top of pie.
- 6. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours until firm.

Yum! I love Oreos and it’s great that this is low-fat. I made a chocolate oreo caket recently and it was fantastic, but maybe not as low-fat!
I made this today and it didn’t turn out. Its been in the refrigerator for 4 hours and still isn’t firm??
That’s cause this person left off instruction let the pudding get firm first. Its pudding will not be super firm. Then add the cream cheese mixture ON TOP OFF the pudding.
