Skinny Fruit Dip

For Super Bowl Sunday, add a lower calorie fruit dip to your table that all your friends & family will enjoy! A list of in-season fruit is provided below as well.


Skinny Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 container FF Cool Whip
  • 1 large box sugar free vanilla

Instructions

  1. let Cool Whip thaw for about 1 hour
  2. Mix in pudding mix, use a mixer to whip until well blended
  3. Serve with fruit of your choice (fruits in season are: bananas, blackberries, blueberries, grapes, nectarines, oranges, peaches, pears, plums & strawberries)
