I made these tacos for my family last night and they loved them! My son did not even know that they were low cal!!! So easy to make. Next time I will use a large pork loin so that we will leftovers!
Thanks Kim! With just two adults in our house we always have leftovers – I usually turn this dish into quesadillas for a weekend lunch, or add BBQ for yummy sandwiches
I have made these a few times now and my husband and I LOVE them! I use a tortilla that is a corn and wheat blend and add avocado to the top – delicious! I also shared it with some friends and they raved about them. Thanks so much for sharing this
